On the quiet park with 30 farmhouses is 'maison royale'

The living room is nicely furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs. There is an electric fireplace.
There is an open kitchen that is equipped with all the conveniences to cook for yourself, including fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, kettle and Senseo   The dining area has 4 chairs
There is internet/WIFI and TV available

The 2 bedrooms offer wonderfully comfortable beds for 4 people and plenty of closet space The guest room has a folding bed of 140x200 and the master bedroom a box spring of 160x200

A beautiful washbasin and a very spacious walk-in shower make the shower room comfortable, there is also a washing machine and dryer. There is a separate toilet.

The garden around the house offers plenty of sun, a spacious sheltered  terrace, but what prevents you from looking for another spot. There is a storage room for bicycles, with socket for charging battery bicycles. There are also 2 parking spaces.  The cottage is not suitable for children, there are also no facilities in the park.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.

At the beginning of September 2017 I bought this nice house and completely refurbished it. I live in France and am therefore not there all year round, which is why I want to rent out this house to let others enjoy it as well

The prices mentioned include energy costs and internet. In the winter period, prices are higher due to high energy prices.


There are additional costs for:

 

Tourist tax 2026 €1.79 pppn

Deposit is €150; (cleaning €60 will be deducted from this afterwards)



There is a possibility to rent bed linen. €15.00 per set, will also be deducted from the deposit



A deposit of 30% is required upon booking. 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, the remaining amount. 

Minimum 3 nights (unless prices indicate otherwise), no changeover day on Sunday
