Prices: 

The price per night is for an occupancy of 2 people. For each additional person (up to a maximum of 4 people) there is a surcharge of €10 per person per night.

Rental of linen and towels:
For added convenience, we offer the possibility to rent bed linen and towels. This way you don't have to take as much with you and you can immediately start your holiday relaxed.
Rent bed linen: €12.50 per person.  Rent towel set: €8.50 per person (a set consists of a large and a small towel)

Cancellation policy Boschalet Epe
We look forward to welcoming you to our Forest Chalet in Epe. However, it may happen that your plans unexpectedly change and you have to cancel the booking. In that case, the cancellation policy below applies.

We always advise our guests to take out cancellation insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Our terms and conditions at a glance:
Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Any (down) payments already made will be refunded to you in full.

Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival: If you cancel within this period, you will owe 50% of the total rent.

Cancellation within 14 days before arrival: In case of cancellation from the 14th day before the planned arrival date or in case of a 'no-show' (not showing up without notice) you owe 100% of the total rent.

Early departure: If you decide to leave the Forest Chalet earlier than the agreed departure date, there will be no refund for the nights not enjoyed.

How can you cancel?
Cancellations must always be communicated to us in writing or by e-mail. The date of receipt of your e-mail is leading for determining the cancellation period.
Please note: In exceptional cases of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions that have made the chalet inaccessible or uninhabitable) we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In that case, you will of course receive a full refund.
