The holiday home has a spacious living room and open kitchen and dining area for 4 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combiemagnatron oven and cooking on induction hob.
The holiday home has 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in showers and freestanding bath.

This beautiful holiday home has a detached location with a beautiful landscaped garden on the edge of the forest.
You can walk straight into the beautiful forests.
From the living room you can see the beautiful nature with squirrels and woodpeckers and many other animals.

The shops and supermarkets are 3 km from the holiday home, and 850 meters from the holiday home, is a very cozy eatery in the middle of the forest (Smulhuisje)

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price of the whole holiday home is, based on 2 persons

Third and/or fourth person pays €12.50 p.p.p.n extra.

Bed linen: costs €12.50  p.p. per booking (is mandatory)

Bath linen: costs €8 p.p. per booking,  (is mandatory)

Number p.p is 1 bath towel + 1 bath towel


A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, costs are €10 p.h.p.n

Check-in: is between 16:00 and 23:00
Check-out is until 10.00 am

Late check-out: is possible until 15.00 costs (€50,-) please indicate in a message when booking, you pay by means of payment request from the host.

Pay the total booking when booking.
cancellation 4 weeks before arrival 50% refund.
If the 4 weeks before arrival have expired, there is no refund of the holiday home.
However, you will get the tourist tax back

the mountain bike route Vorden presents a new challenge for MTB enthusiasts. The route, a loop of about 30 km, runs partly on grounds of Natuurmonumenten and is part of a route network through the Graafschap of about 110 km in total.
