Veluwe Hoeve in Lunteren

Veluwe farm with large garden all around, located in the middle of the Veluwe forests and hills.

The spacious wide house was completely renovated at the end of 2021. New kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and freezer. A new bathroom with shower and sink. Separately renovated toilet as well as a completely new floor. There is a cozy sitting area with TV as well as WiFi (fiberglass construction) throughout the house and a large part of the garden. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 room contains a double box spring bed. The room next door has a bunk bed and the third room in the attic has two twin beds next to each other. The beds were also all newly installed at the end of 2021.

The garden is lovely with a view of the green surroundings. You can find a spot with sun at any time of the day, but also always find a spot under a tree in warm weather. Spacious terrace with chairs and tables. The house also has a storage room where extra (reclining) chairs can be found.

The nature lover will not be easily disappointed. Endless forests, moors and unique sand drifts (including Wekeromse Zand) start directly at the house. The area is therefore very good for mountain biking (the trails run right next to the park), walking and of course just for cycling. There is a modest swimming pool on the adjacent campsite (for a fee) and 1 km away is a beautiful municipal swimming pool in the middle of the forest. There are several restaurants in the area, including a pancake house with a huge (partly covered) playground and petting zoo right next to the park. At the same time, the house is close to the highway and the A30 and A12 and A1 so that the whole of the Netherlands is quickly accessible. A nice detail is that the center of the Netherlands is within walking distance of the house on a hill.
