Luxury holiday home on a large plot in a quiet and wooded area near Lochem and Zutphen. The house has a large woodland garden where children can play.

Check in from 4:00 PM, check out before 10:00 AM.
Please coordinate any different arrival or departure times in advance in consultation with the landlord regarding cleaning.

Ground floor with hall, living room, kitchen, utility room, separate toilet and bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet.

1st Floor with 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, a bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet.

Surrounding forest garden of 1600m2 (approximately 36m x 46m) with large terrace and driveway for 2 to 3 cars.

The house is also equipped with many conveniences, including a smart TV with ChromeCast, fiber optic WIFI, bath, a large kitchen with American refrigerator, Nespresso and Aeroccino, combination oven, popcorn machine and air fryer. There is also a washing machine, dryer, record player and a cupboard full of games.

Located in a wooded area between the center of the historic center of Lochem (5 km) and Zutphen (12 km) and close to Deventer (25 km).

We are a family with 3 boys and proud owners of Natuurhuus since 2023. We have tried to furnish the house based on this idea so that you can go on holiday with 1 or more families without being cramped. We love to cook so we have a large kitchen where you can cook extensively.

We also love being outside or exercising. The large garden (approx. 1600m2) offers enough space and you can walk, cycle and mountain bike directly from the cottage.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
