Luxury detached bungalow for a cozy holiday in wooded surroundings. Here you have everything you could wish for a weekend or week away. The house has 1 bedroom on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms on the 1st floors and 2 semi-open bedrooms on the mezzanine above the bar. 12 box spring beds, an extra sofa bed and 2 cots. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. A beautiful fireplace for a cozy evening and otherwise the cozy bar with billiards, dartboard and Wi game console corner to stay.

Behind the house is a nice veranda to sit under. In addition, there is a sauna with shower and two bathrooms. One upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bathroom also has a whirlpool bath.
Within walking distance there is a supertropical swimming pool and a large swimming pond with a sandy beach. playground equipment and tennis courts. The area is ideal for cycling and walking and bicycle rental is possible. In our own garden there is a playground with swing, climbing rope and slide. There is also a trampoline for the little ones.
Lochem is located in the triangle of Deventer (25 minutes), Hengelo (25 minutes) and Zutphen (20 minutes) on the border of the Achterhoek and Twente.
The house is not rented to young people. This location is not suitable for too noisy groups or (music) parties.

For families or friends who love games, we offer the possibility to make free use of a full evening program for which we have a script with supplies ready. At the Brasserie (300m) 6 new bowling lanes have also been built.
So there is plenty of entertainment.

We are Jolien and Marc and we think we have a nice attractive holiday home for many.
It has been in our possession since May 2020 and we have thoroughly overhauled everything.

Final cleaning 120€. Bed linen is 10€ P.P. beds are also made for this amount. Deposit is 200€.
