CHECK-IN - from 3 PM and check-out is until 11 AM.

DEPOSIT / DAMAGE / DEPOSIT - A reservation payment of € 200 is required. This must be paid within 5 days of making the reservation. This deposit is automatically converted to a deposit upon arrival. This deposit is not a rent, but can be fully recovered within 14 days after departure, if the holiday home is left tidy

PAYMENT - A first payment equal to 50% of the rental rate must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. The first payment can be made via a bank transfer. The outstanding amount must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival

CANCELLATION - For cancellations made in a timeframe of more than 60 days prior to arrival, 5% cancellation fee or € 50, - will be charged (the largest amount of the two). Cancellations or changes that result in shorter stays made within 60 days prior to arrival will result in the lapsing of the right to the refund of the deposit and the first payment. Cancellation or early departure does not entitle you to a refund of the rent.

MAXIMUM OCCUPATION - The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of persons specified on the booking request
