Spacious kitchen and dining room with adjoining living room. On the ground floor there is 1 toilet, bathroom and 1 large bedroom with patio doors to the forest.

On the first floor is the second bedroom with two beds and the third bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with toilet and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) on the first floor.

The house has a large terrace with dining table and lounge area. Lazing in a hammock between the trees is of course also possible.

Lochem is nearby and nice for something to eat or for groceries. But don't forget Zutphen (20 minutes) or Deventer (30 minutes) for the many shops and restaurants! Both cozy Hanseatic towns are well worth a visit.

Furthermore, the house is located on a mountain bike trail, the Pieterpad is nearby and the area has many cycling and walking routes, museums and other places of interest.
