Be welcome in the 'Ons Genoegen' holiday home, located in the village of Lievelde in the Achterhoek.
The cozy, cozy 4-person house has a spacious living room with garden doors, free WIFI, a kitchen, bathroom with shower, two spacious bedrooms with a double bed and is heated by electric heaters, but you can also use the wood stove. The wood for this is already waiting for you.
There is a washing machine and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combi-oven and fridge.
In the spacious garden, which has lots of privacy, several seats have been realized.
There is also sufficient parking space for 2 cars at the house.

Holiday home Ons Genoegen is located on the edge of the forest and is an excellent starting point for beautiful walking and cycling tours through the always special Achterhoek.
Junction 33 is almost adjacent to the holiday home and guarantees many kilometers of cycling fun. But you will also come across many surprising, beautiful places and villages on the promo round.

Nice sights nearby are cheese factory Weenink and museum Erve Kots.
But you can shop in Winterswijk, fortified city Groenlo, or what about the city of Bredevoort. Bocholt in Germany is only a half hour away by car.

Lievelde has a train station called Lichtenvoorde-Groenlo.
The station is about 1.5 kilometers from the holiday home.

If you would like to explore the area by electric bike, but do not have it or it is difficult to take it with you, it can be booked for € 90.00 per bike per week.
You can indicate this when you make your booking and we will make sure that they are ready for you.

Conditions

Upon reservation 40% of the total amount, including security deposit to be paid; no later than three weeks prior to arrival must be paid the full amount to our account.

The aanbetalingssom of 40% does not apply to last minute bookings. A last minute booking a vacation for arrival booked three weeks or less than 3 weeks. In that case, the whole amount must be paid in advance.
If the remaining amount is not on our bill on time, the entire reservation can be canceled, but no refund of deposit (so that we can still rent with a last minute price of the holiday).

We only accept bookings from persons aged 25 years and older. A reservation is only binding upon receipt of our confirmation and the payment of the amount due to our account.
We reserve the right to at any time, without giving any reason to refuse a booking.

Additional costs:
pay Duvet Package when booking á € 7.50 per person per stay.
The number of people you need to specify when booking.
Duvets and pillows are available in the home.
Towels, you must bring your own or you can order a set of towels for € 5.00.
Kitchen linen, you must bring your own or you can order á € 5.00 a kitchen linen package.

Cleaning:
The cost for final cleaning is € 75, -.
In this cleaning is not included:
- doing the dishes
- Bed linen collection and collect and leave (leave the duvets and pillows as you found them on arrival) in the pantry

You should tidy the cottage and give swept clean; dishes clean and tidy in the closet, all the equipment used such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, etc. must be cleaned.; patio furniture and belongings should again be put back in their original place.
Upon failure of this additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Deposit:
The deposit is € 100, -. This is, if there is no damage and the house is left tidy, refunded to your account.

Arrival and departure:
The arrival is possible from 15:00 or as agreed.
Unanticipated late arrival: If you plan to arrive later, please inform the landlord as soon as possible by phone 06-16 07 05 07
Departure: Please vacate the property by 11:00.
The house should be readily available for final cleaning.
Liability

The main tenant is liable for the whole group of fellow tenants and for any guests. The main tenant, his co-tenants and all other main tenant on behalf of persons present should manage by main tenant rented property and inventory as a good father, taking into account the rest of the area.
If the tenant unexpectedly damages the rented holiday home, its environment or its inventory, this should immediately be reported to the landlord.

Landlord accepts no liability for:
Accident, injury, theft, loss or damage of any kind, whereby tenants and / or visitors of that tenants are involved during or following a stay at home 'Our Pleasure' Parallelweg 10-23 to Lievelde. This includes the matters guest on the property are left behind and the breaking down or inoperability of technical equipment. This also includes the discomfort and / or nuisance which is caused by third parties outside the responsibility of the lessor.

The tenant is not allowed to let more people stay than has been reserved, unless obtained permission from the landlord. The tenant, co-tenant (s) and / or third party (ies) are not allowed to dig up the ground, felling, pruning bushes, or perform any activity of this nature, or to make campfires. Nor is it permitted to leave rubbish on the ground behind; landlord is entitled to charge additional cleaning costs in that case.

The lessor is entitled to damages caused by the tenant, his co-tenants or guests to recover. The tenant and all persons accompanying him or her to accompany his severally liable for all losses and / or damages that will arise for the landlord or any third party as a direct or indirect result of their stay, whether caused by acts or omissions of themselves, then or third parties that are their fault in the apartment, as well as any damage caused by any matter which they are entrusted. Park Rules

The common area of ??the park, such as roads roadsides, paths and middle grounds around the pond and greenbelts serve as use of all owners and tenants and can not be used for parking cars, motorcycles and the like.

Norms and values
Of the owners and tenants of the park is expected that they will adhere to the standards and values ??that apply in general in our society. This means giving respect by preventing any form of pollution, or reduce and maintain the peace between 23:00 and 08:00.

Barrier
The barrier at the entrance of the park should be opened with the previously issued key. Other ways to open the barrier are not allowed.

traffic

The maximum speed on the whole site is 15 km / h.

Park
Caravans, motor homes, trailers, containers, boats, trailers, farm implements and the like should not be placed on the ground or in the home.

At each house one or two parking spaces. Multiple vehicles can be placed on the car park at the front desk.

Waste
House waste should be deposited in bins next to the reception.

Lawn and Pond
It is forbidden to fish in the pond, swimming or boating.
