Your spacious nature house with private entrance (is part of our barn house and) is beautifully situated in the outskirts of Laren, near the beautiful Verwolde estate. The apartment is equipped with all possible comforts and has a private terrace with pergola and shade cloth. If desired, you can use the swimming pond. You can safely store your (electric) bicycles in a locked shed. In the beautiful rural surroundings you can walk and cycle to your heart's content. Laren has a bakery, butcher, supermarket and several restaurants with cozy terraces. There are many activities possible in the area: sailing with the Berkelzomp, a hot air balloon ride, horseback riding, museums (museum MORE in Gorssel and Ruurlo), culinary enjoyment of regional dishes, wild food in the Achterhoek. Beautiful cities such as Lochem, Borculo and the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are close by.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Booking condition: the apartment must be booked at least 2 days before actual arrival. This can be deviated from in consultation with the landlord.

The rates quoted include VAT, excl. VAT. additional costs below.

In consultation, an extra bedroom (single bed) is available for 15 euros per night or for 50 euros per week on top of the standard rate.

Deposit/ Key money: a deposit of 50 euros will be requested on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation or no-show, costs will be charged:
- Up to 42nd day before the start of the stay: 30 % of the total stay
- 42nd to 28th day before the start of the stay: 60 % of the total stay
- 28th to day of start of stay or no-show: 100 % of the total stay
