In the middle of the woods between Zelhem and Halle, in a unique location in the Achterhoek, lies Buitengoed Bos en Enk. Our attractive holiday home is characterized by a lot of space and privacy and is located on a plot of 1000m2.
The entrance hall gives access to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven and cozy separate living room. From the living room, patio doors provide access to the garden with a spacious terrace. The house has an indoor storage room with washing machine and extra refrigerator.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and shower and patio doors leading out to a small terrace.
There is a separate toilet in the hall.
From the living room there is a staircase to the floor where there are another 2 bedrooms. A room with a double bed and a room with a single bed. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the very spacious plot of 1000m2 there is a shed for bicycles with charging facilities.
The park Bos & Enk is partly located on an unpaved road and cycle path so that you can start a nice walk or bike ride from the house.
The area also has a lot to offer in terms of culture, such as the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen, Bronkhorst and Doesburg or a visit to Breedevoort, the book city of the Netherlands.
Ruurlo Castle, the Slangenburg, Vorden and Keppel can all be reached within 10 to 20 minutes by car and in cities such as Doetinchem and Arnhem you will find various theaters for music, theater or film.
Several cycling and walking routes are available that you can start from the house.
