This luxurious and attractive holiday farm (10-12 people and 1 child) is located on the wooded estate 't Zand. The attractive decor is continued in all rooms so that you can stay attractive and luxurious everywhere. The farm has spacious bedrooms, and beautiful bathrooms and spacious open kitchen and living room. Outside is a spacious garden with a terrace, barbecue and patio fireplace with a view of the forest. The ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible. Ideal for groups and families (everything is child-friendly).
There is ample parking next to the farm.

Upon arrival, a delicious pan of homemade soup from the hostess awaits you, the beds are made and a welcome basket and a basket of firewood are waiting for you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Other arrival departure dates are possible in consultation (prices remain the same with e.g. one night less)

Group accommodation
- If cancelled within 24 hours of booking, you are entitled to a full refund of the invoice.
- In case of cancellation up to 5 months before the arrival date, 50% of the invoice will be charged
.
- In case of cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date, the total invoice will be charged
.
- Cancellation insurances are advised and should be with an external party
taken out by the customer. We recommend a
group cancellation insurance.
- Of course, it is also advisable to cancel your own
cancellation insurance.
- No refund will be given if you leave earlier than the actual
number of days booked.
- Pandemics, etc., are a shared risk of tenant and landlord. When the
security region decides that the accommodation will have to close, you will receive your full
amount excluding booking fee of € 100, or you can rebook free of charge to a
designated period by the landlord. Where this is not the case, the general
cancellation policy in force.
