Our comfortable detached cottage called "The Singing Willow" is located in the beautiful land of Maas and Waal on the small-scale holiday park 't Broekhuys. It is equipped with all conveniences and therefore a wonderful place to stay. You can freely use the facilities that the park offers. The quiet holiday park includes a lovely swimming and diving lake, a restaurant and various other facilities. A few hundred meters away is the larger recreational lake "de Groene Heuvels" with facilities for young and old.
Right next to the park you will also find Fundustry Viking Adventures for people who like a bit more action (e.g. paintball, climbing park, zipline etc)
In our large, deep and bird-rich garden you can relax. The sunny garden is completely fenced in green and therefore also suitable for (small) children and pets. Guests can relax in the hot tub or enjoy a BBQ on the terrace.
This is the perfect base for walking or cycling in the Rijk van Nijmegen and the land of Maas and Waal. Nijmegen (15 km) or Den Bosch (30 km) are nearby.
All in all perfect place to rest for a few days or enjoy your vacation for a few weeks.
Layout of the cottage:
Toilet separate from the bathroom (luxury shower and sink) both on the ground floor. Of course, shower towels are provided
Kitchen with an induction hob, refrigerator (with freezer), dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee maker for filter coffee and Nespresso. Towels and tea towels etc. are also available here.
In the utility room there is a washing machine and condenser dryer with drying rack, ironing board and iron.
Of course there is Wifi and TV with chromecast.
For the little ones there is a baby cot, a baby bath and a high chair.
We have 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor a bedroom with two single beds (box spring). On the first floor a second bedroom with 2 single beds (box spring) and a third bedroom with a double bed. The beds are made for you on arrival
In the garden is a covered 6 person wood-fired hot tub. This is ready for you, the wood is not included in the price. For the first time, there is free wood in the stove of the hot tub. You can buy wood at the hardware stores in the area. On request, we can also arrange this for you for a fee.
In the garden is a swing for the children. Of course you can use the BBQ in the garden.
You can of course use the facilities of the holiday park 't Broeckhuys. The current facilities can be found on (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) We are not responsible for the current availability.

Please note, the basic price is for rental to 4 people. For 5 or 6 people we charge a surcharge of €15 per night.
Deposit: €100 (you will receive this back within a week after departure, provided it has been left tidy)
Particularities:
Pets (max 2) are allowed.
Smoking outside only.
We do not rent out our house to student groups, sports teams, etc. because of the peace and quiet in the park
We do not accept workers because this is not allowed by the municipality at a recreation park.
