Our comfortable detached house called "The singing Wilg" is located in the beautiful country of Maas and Waal at the small-scale holiday park 't Broekhuijs. It is equipped with all amenities and is therefore a wonderful place to stay. The quiet holiday park has a wonderful swimming and diving lake, a restaurant and various other facilities. The larger recreational lake "De Groene Heuvels" with facilities for young and old is a few hundred meters away.
Right next to the park you will also find Fundustry Viking Adventures for people who like a bit more action (including paintball, climbing park, zipline, etc.)
You can relax in the large, deep and bird-rich garden. The sunny garden is completely fenced in greenery and is therefore also suitable for (small) children. You can relax in the hot tub or have a nice BBQ on the terrace.
This is the perfect base for walking or cycling in the Kingdom of Nijmegen and the land of Maas and Waal. Nijmegen (15 km) or Den Bosch (30 km) are nearby.
All in all, perfect place to rest for a few days or enjoy your holiday for a few weeks.
Layout of the house:
Toilet separate from the bathroom (luxury shower and sink), both on the ground floor. Naturally, shower towels are provided
Kitchen with 4-burner hob, refrigerator (with freezer), dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee maker for filter coffee and Nespresso. Towels and tea towels, etc. are also provided here.
The utility room has a washing machine and condenser dryer with drying rack, ironing board and iron.
Naturally, there is WiFi and TV with Chromecast.
There is a baby cot and a high chair for the little ones.
We have 3 bedrooms, with a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms with double beds in both rooms. The beds are made for you upon arrival
In the garden there is an indoor wood-fired hot tub for 6 people. This is ready for you, the wood is not included in the price. For the first time, there is free wood in the hot tub stove. You can buy wood at the hardware stores in your area. We can also arrange this for you upon request for a fee.
There is a swing for the children in the garden. Of course you can use the BBQ in the garden.
You can of course use the facilities of the Broeckhuys holiday park, such as:

The cottage can be rented with a minimum of 4 nights

Please note, the basic price is for rental to 4 people. For 5 or 6 people we charge a surcharge of €15 per night.
Deposit: €100 (you will receive this back within a week after departure, provided it has been left tidy)
When renting, we draw up a contract.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking outside only.
We do not rent our house to student groups, sports teams, etc. due to the peace and quiet of the park
We do not accept workers because the municipality does not allow this at a recreational park.
