Looking for a nice holiday home for a few days or longer in nature on the Veluwe? Recreation in our house, with an area of 64 m2, offers peace, nature, seeing and hearing birds and other forest animals and walking and cycling pleasure in the immediate vicinity. The house is located in the forest close to a large heathland with a cozy sheepfold. The house is located on the edge of the De Toverberg recreational park in Ermelo. Thanks to the large private forest garden with terrace and several seating areas, you will hardly notice other holidaymakers. Trees and shrubs around the house hide you from view when you sit outside. A short distance away you will find the Randmeren and the old, beautiful, cozy Hanseatic city of Harderwijk with a beautiful cultural offer. In the summer the house remains pleasantly cool for a long time due to the tall trees in the immediate vicinity.

The house also has a lockable shed for any bicycles you may have brought with you.

We are Jet and Bert and would like to welcome you in our beautiful, comfortable holiday home with a large forest garden. We have had the cottage for a few years now and still enjoy it. We now want to make this possible for others as well. The house is a great base for exploring the Veluwe forest and heathland, the Randmeren and the Hanseatic city of Harderwijk. A guarantee for a pleasant stay if you love nature, culture and active relaxation. Our house is also an ideal place to relax.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Charges include:

gas, water and electricity
Wi-Fi
bed linen, kitchen linen and towels
Cleaning
Reservation costs

We ask for a € 90 deposit, which will be refunded within 10 days if there is no damage, loss or extra cleaning costs, etc. to settle.
If the house is left insufficiently tidy, we are forced to charge a cleaning fee of €60

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent.
In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks, 40% of the rental price remains due
From 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, 50% of the rental price remains due.
