Welcome to Relaxed 40+: 

A gem of tranquility on the edge of the Veluwe. Are you looking for a place to completely leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind you? Where you can enjoy privacy, chirping birds and the smell of the forest? Welcome to our comfortable, detached holiday bungalow (with air conditioning!) in beautiful Ermelo. Located on a spacious, fully fenced forest plot of no less than 750 m², "Relaxed 40+" offers you the ultimate basis for a relaxing stay. 

Your stay: Comfort and privacy facing south. Our stone bungalow has been lovingly built and tastefully decorated to make you feel at home immediately. 

The house is completely on the ground floor and equipped with all modern conveniences: Cozy living room & luxury kitchen: A bright sitting area with Samsung Smart TV and fast internet (Ziggo 400 MB). The open kitchen is fully equipped with a luxury combi oven, microwave and various coffee facilities (coffee maker, Senseo and Nespresso). 

Cozy bedrooms: The house has two bedrooms: one cozy room with a comfortable French bed (140x200 cm) and one room with two separate single beds. Your beds are already wonderfully made for you on arrival! Comfortable bathroom: Equipped with a spacious shower, sink, washing machine and lovely underfloor heating. There is a separate toilet. 

The forest garden: Three terraces with a view of the garden and surroundings from different angles. Outside, the great enjoyment really begins. The beautiful forest garden is perfectly south facing and is completely surrounded by fencing, so you can enjoy 100% privacy. During the day, choose from one of three sun or shaded terraces, equipped with comfortable relax chairs and deckchairs. Thanks to the covered terrace, you can also sit outside during a summer shower. End the day in our garden for the  ultimate forest experience. Perfect base for active bon vivants Bungalow "Relaxed 40+" is located a stone's throw from the most beautiful and largest nature reserve in the Netherlands, the Veluwe. It is the ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists and culture lovers.

Nature & Walking: Discover the ancient burial mounds and the sheepfold on the vast Ermelo-se Heide, or walk through the mysterious Speulder- and Sprielderbos (the forest of the 'dancing trees'). Bicycles & E-bikes: The region has hundreds of kilometers of cycle paths. You can safely store your e-bikes in our own shed. For example, cycle to the idyllic Oud Groevenbeek Estate or Staverden Castle. Culture & Gastronomy: Visit the Hanseatic city of Harderwijk for an afternoon of culture, shopping in the picturesque streets or a culinary evening out in one of the top restaurants on the cozy city squares. Wellness Center Sauna-drome in Putten is also nearby.

Our bungalow is equipped for peace seekers and bon vivants, and is less suitable for small children or party groups. Pets: A maximum of 2 small dogs (up to 4 kg) are welcome in consultation. Included: Digital TV, wifi, beds made and kitchen linen are included in the price. Parking: Ample private parking for 2 cars directly at the house. Come and recharge and enjoy a truly relaxing holiday in the Veluwe. Fred & Anne are happy to welcome you with a warm, hospitable welcome! 

 A perfect accommodation for cyclists, hikers, water sports enthusiasts and enjoyers, close to the Veluwe and the Veluwemeer.  So also surfing, sailing, water skiing, jogging, boating, horse riding, swimming, amusement parks etc a stone's throw away. In short, here you can completely "RELAXED" from your busy daily activities.
