We are Jelle and Hetty and we offer our beautiful 30's house.

We live in the center of beautiful Epe where it is beautiful to stay.
From the house it is a 300 meter walk to the center. The bus stop is a 50 meter walk away.
Beautiful Zwolle is fifteen minutes away by car. Apeldoorn is also around the corner by car.

Recommended to visit is the beautiful Elburg. Vierhouten is within cycling distance on a beautiful route through the forest. Several small beaches are also a stone's throw away from us today.
In Nunspeet the Zandeplas and in Heerde there is a beach with a great beach bar and possibility to water ski. Epe is a beautiful area to go out by bike, the forest and the heath can be reached after 5 minutes by bike. Furthermore, Epe has a cozy center with the necessary nice restaurants, where all kinds of things are organized throughout the summer.

We are Jelle (self-employed) and Hetty (nurse in disability care) and live in beautiful Epe. We would like to share this with others, which is why we offer our great detached house to people who, like us, handle it with care. We live close to the center, but in our great garden it is all peace. You can look for the hustle and bustle or experience the relaxation in and around the house.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

In the summer, Epe is a real tourist village where all kinds of things are organized. There are also numerous tourist attractions in the vicinity of Epe. For example, you will find the hidden village, Julianatoren and great cycling routes through the forest and over the heath. There are also a few great ponds in the area where it is great to stay when the weather is nice.
