For all lovers of peace, nature, wellness, walking and cycling, the ultimate forest house that borders the crown estates of Het Loo and is located in the same village as sauna and wellness resort the Veluwse Bron. 

The forest house is located on a spacious plot of 1650m2 with lots of privacy. Despite being a wooded plot, there is still plenty of space to enjoy the sun in the summer.  
From the house or from the veranda there is a view of the many birds, squirrels and sometimes even a badger!

Everything is located on the ground floor.
You rent the house completely privately, the upper floor is uninhabited and closed during rental.
On the private driveway there is space to park 1 car, about 10 meters away from the front door there is space to park any more cars. 

The house is fully heated by floor heating and is equipped with an attractive indoor and outdoor wood stove.
You can also use the Wifi. 

You can sit comfortably by the wood stove on the spacious veranda during the lesser days. 
Also inside we have a cozy sitting area by the wood stove and the TV.
And a dining area by the open kitchen with large table to play games. 
The kitchen is well equipped with: induction hob, dishwasher, combi microwave, coffee maker, kettle and refrigerator. There is also a small freezer.

There are two 2-person bedrooms, both equipped with wardrobe and blackout curtains.
The house has a nice warm bathroom with separate toilet. 

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The house is located on a small forest park called "De Vliegden" in the middle of the woods. There is no canteen, playgrounds or playground equipment in the park.

The town of Emst is located between Vaassen and Epe.
Walkers and cyclists can go directly from the forest house, straight into the crown domains. 
There are countless beautiful walking and cycling tours through the woods and over the heath.

In Emst you will find sauna and wellness center de Veluwse Bron for a day of relaxation. 
The weekly market is in Vaassen on Saturday, in Epe on Wednesday.
The nearest supermarket is in Emst, the Spar.
In Vaassen you will find all major supermarkets such as AH, Jumbo, Dekamarkt and Aldi. 
For a forgotten message and fresh rolls, you can visit the camping shop of camping 'De Wildhoeve' from April to October, which is within walking distance. You can also find a snack bar and brasserie here.

 In summer, there are many opportunities to cool off in the area

• Recreational lake Kievitsveld in Emst is within cycling distance. Here are beaches and you can swim, there is a nice beach pavilion to eat and drink and there is a wakeboard track where you can water ski or wakeboard.
• The Veluwse Bron, Beauty and Weness resort, located next to the Kievitsveld recreational lake. Located on the waterfront and has several types of swimming pools and a sunbathing area. 
• The Zandenplas in Nunspeet
• The Veluwe beach
• Recreation area Heerderstrand
