For all lovers of peace, nature, wellness, walking and cycling, the ultimate forest house that borders the crown estates of Het Loo and is located in the same village as the Veluwse Bron sauna and wellness resort.

The forest house is located on a spacious plot of 1650m2 with lots of privacy. Even though it is a wooded plot, there is still plenty of room to enjoy the sun in the summer.
From the house or from the veranda there is a view of the many birds, squirrels and sometimes even a badger!

Everything is located on the ground floor.
You rent the house completely privately, the top floor is uninhabited and closed during rental.
There is room to park 1 car in the private driveway, and approximately 10 meters away from the front door there is room to park several cars.

The house is fully heated by underfloor heating and has an attractive indoor and outdoor wood-burning stove.
You can also use the WiFi.

You can sit by the wood-burning stove on the spacious veranda during the bad days.
We also have a cozy sitting area inside with the wood stove and TV.
And a dining area near the open kitchen with a large table for playing games.
The kitchen is well equipped with: induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, coffee maker, kettle and refrigerator. There is also a small freezer.

There are two double bedrooms, both equipped with a wardrobe and blackout curtains.
The house has a nice warm bathroom with a separate toilet.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The house is located in a small forest park called "De Vliegden" in the middle of the woods. There is no canteen in the park, no playgrounds or play equipment.

The town of Emst is located between Vaassen and Epe.
Hikers and cyclists can head straight from the forest house into the crown domains.
There are countless beautiful walking and cycling tours through the woods and over the heath.

The Veluwse Bron sauna and wellness center is located in Emst for a day of relaxation.
The weekly market is in Vaassen on Saturday, in Epe on Wednesday.
The nearest supermarket is Spar in Emst.
In Vaassen you will find all major supermarkets, AH, Jumbo, Dekamarkt and Aldi.
For forgotten groceries and fresh rolls, you can visit the camping shop at 'De Wildhoeve' campsite from April to October, which is within walking distance. You can also find a snack bar and brasserie here.

In summer there are many opportunities to cool off in the area

• Recreational lake Kievitsveld in Emst is within cycling distance. There are beaches where you can swim, there is a nice beach pavilion for something to eat and drink and there is a wakeboard track where you can water ski or wakeboard.

• The Veluwse Bron, Beauty and Weness resort, located next to the Recreational Lake Kievitsveld. Located on the water and has several types of swimming pools and a sunbathing lawn.
