Our holiday home Q18 is accessible via a small staircase to the entrance. Through the front door you enter the hall where the meter cupboard, toilet and newly realized bathroom are located. The living room, kitchen and dining area can also be found on the ground floor. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace with remote control. From the living room and dining area you have access to the garden through the sliding doors (tilt/tilt). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove with electric ignition, extractor hood, microwave oven and fridge-freezer. A coffee filter machine, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle are also available. Via the stairs you reach the 1st floor. Here are two small bedrooms (sloping roof), a loft and laundry room with washing machine and dryer and bathroom furniture with mirror. You can also go down a staircase to the basement where there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and washbasin with double sink and a second toilet in the hall. Outside is a wooden shed. Here you will find, among other things, the cushions for the lounge set and you can place your bicycles. Under the new canopy by the outdoor fireplace is the lounge set. Two private parking spaces are indicated by a sign Q18 at the house. Through the gate in the backyard you have access to the forest. The garden is completely fenced and is equipped with a sprinkler system. The irrigation system switches on automatically on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 21:00 and the irrigation takes 100 minutes. The gutter light turns on automatically.
At the beginning of 2026 we started a major renovation and modernization of our holiday home, of which we have already posted the first photos. For example, we have placed a canopy near the outdoor fireplace, a new bathroom and laundry room and completely renovated the bathroom in the basement. The entire house has been painted and fitted with white skirting boards. A number of pieces of furniture have been replaced. The kitchen has been completely renovated. The playground equipment has been replaced and the garden work has now also been completed. New curtains have been installed in the bedrooms.
