Coen's Loft is a particularly spacious and beautiful apartment. The accommodation is located in an outbuilding of a farmhouse in Tjerkwerd (near Bolsward) where peace and quiet are still a reality. Located on the Eleven Cities Route.

Layout: On the ground floor a private entrance, hall, toilet, shower, sink. Next to the hall there is a lockable shed with washing machine and dryer, where bicycles can also be stored. A men's and women's bicycle with gears are available and can be used free of charge.

The Loft: Via the stairs ( NB there is no elevator ) you reach the first floor where a kitchen, living and sleeping area are located in one large room .

Kitchen: dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic 4-burner hob, combination microwave/oven, Senseo machine, coffee maker and kettle.
Living area: dining table with 6 chairs, TV, sofa (can also be used as a double sofa bed), 2 armchairs. French doors with French balcony.
Sleeping: 1 box spring bed (160x200)
Parking: by car you can park next to the front door of the apartment.
Garden: You may use the garden with a deck on the water.

My name is Jaap Visser and owner of Coen's Loft.
I am caring towards my guests and before my guests arrive I do my utmost to ensure that the apartment is neat and clean.

Plenty to do in Friesland, and in our area; from cycling and walking to boating, rowing, fishing.
Nice towns near us are Bolsward, Workum, Franeker and Harlingen and are highly recommended to visit.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental price includes bed, bath and kitchen linen.
Final cleaning: €65.00

Arrival between 16.00 and 19.30
Departure from 8.00 to 10.30

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled within 24 hours after your booking has been approved, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the travel sum.
