Holiday home Lidiomar, a 6-person detached bungalow, is located on the small-scale bungalow park 'Parc Sondel, just outside the village of Sondel.
The hall gives access to the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom. The living room with open kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with comfortable furniture, Samsung smart TV, radio with CD player, DVD player and a collection of DVDs, CDs and books.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, bowls, cutlery, crockery, induction hob, refrigerator, combi microwave, extractor hood, kettle and a Philips Switch (coffee maker and Senseo in one). In the downstairs bedroom there is an Auping Auronde (180 x 200 cm) at senior height, 2 closets and 2 bedside tables.
On the 1st floor are two bedrooms and a second bathroom with toilet and shower. Here too, the bedrooms are equipped with Auping beds, in the front bedroom at senior height and in the rear bedroom at standard height. There is also a cot and a changing table here. There are two indoor storage rooms: one for the technology, the washing machine and dryer and a second for bicycles.
The bungalow has a central heating system with underfloor heating downstairs. There are 8 solar panels. In the living room there is an air conditioner for heating and cooling to use the solar energy. Around the holiday home is a spacious garden of approx. 500 m2 (partly fenced) with 3 terraces and plenty of garden furniture. Lidiomar is adapted for wheelchair users and elderly people with walking difficulties. The house is barrier-free, wide doors and (downstairs) an adapted bathroom with toilet with grab rails and a shower wheelchair. A bed that can be raised to care height. In the living room there is a stand-up relax chair.
Our guests can use our charging station at € 0.50/kWh. Charging costs will be deducted from the deposit. For consumption above € 50, an additional deposit may be requested.
The park is located in the gently sloping landscape of Gaasterland (Southwest Friesland) within walking distance of the Gaasterland forests with the Bremen Wilderness nearby.
Within cycling distance are several nature reserves (Sondeler Leijen, Oudemirdummer Klif, Mirnser Klif and the IJsselmeer coast) managed by Staatsbosbeheer, Natuurmonumenten and Fryske Gea.
Directly behind the park is a cycling and walking path that has a connection to cycling and walking routes. In addition to the varied nature reserves, this part of Friesland has a rich culture.
The park has a playing field with a swing about 50 meters away from the bungalow, climbing house, table tennis table , etc. There is a natural pool (not heated) on the park which is open in season. The natural pool is fenced and only accessible with a tag. Due to the lack of supervision, strict rules apply.
The reception of Parc Sondel is open for a few hours every day, but can be reached by phone all day long. In addition to issuing and collecting the house key, you can rent bed and kitchen/bath linen here.
