Sondel is a village in the Dutch province of Friesland. The village is located between Balk and Lemmer. On the south side of Sondel are the vast farmlands that border the high sea dike behind which the IJsselmeer is located. Discover Lemmer with a friendly water sports center and a beautiful beach on the IJsselmeer. Here is the largest steam pumping station in Europe that is still in operation. Stavoren (20 km), Friesland's oldest city, has a direct connection to the Frisian Lakes. Ideal for water lovers! From Stavoren you can take the boat to Enkhuizen. A visit to the Zuiderzee Museum is worthwhile.

Fekânsjehûs Carpe Diem is a detached holiday home and has a cozy living room with sliding doors to the large (500m2) garden with sunny terrace. In the living room is the large bright oak dining table between the open kitchen and cozy sitting area with smart TV. The open kitchen contains everything to make your stay pleasant with a combi oven/microwave, dishwasher and your coffee from the Senseo, the Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine or traditional with the coffee filter equipment.
Downstairs, next to the toilet, is the spacious indoor storage room with washing machine and dryer and also enough space for 2 bicycles.
The 2 separate bedrooms are upstairs, separated by the bathroom with separate shower cabin, toilet, vanity unit and a lovely whirlpool! Linen packages can be rented at the reception of Parc Sondel !

The largest bedroom has a double box spring, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Rent does not include bed linen!. Self-catering or bed linen can be rented at the reception of Parc Sondel.
