Relax in our holiday home, which is close to the Frisian lakes and in a wooded area. The country cottage is fully equipped and has a large garden with lots of privacy (530m2 private land). The house is suitable for 4 to 6 people and is a great base for activities in the area.
The house is located on the friendly holiday park 'Eysinga State', a park with a hospitable restaurant, a child-friendly swimming pond and a small harbor. You can rent a sloop or canoe and sail to the 'Langwarder Wielen' yourself. You can also go for an extensive walk in the adjacent forest. Or rent (electric) bicycles at the reception and explore the area. For example, visit beautiful Frisian Eleven Cities such as Sloten or IJlst. Go to Langweer, Idskenhuizen or Woudsend for sailing. Or go shopping and eat out in Joure or Sneek. There is so much to see and do in the immediate vicinity!
Our cottage is located on the edge of the park, with rustic views over a green meadow. The house is fully furnished, with a spacious living room with fireplace, beautiful dining table and modern kitchen. In the bathroom a rain shower and sink; separate WC (both renovated in 2021). Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms, downstairs is a cozy box bed. In 2025, the exterior of the house will still be painted. In the garden you can always choose whether you want to sit in the shade or in the sun. Relaxing is possible anyway!
