Our beautiful dune villa is located in the Makkum Beach Resort family holiday park directly on the IJsselmeer. From the backyard you can walk straight to the beach or through the green dune valley through the park.
The house has a spacious living room with seating area and open kitchen. From the house you have access through French doors to the sheltered terrace at the front, but also access to the terrace at the rear. The top floor has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower and a second toilet. On the ground floor there is a utility room (with washing/drying machine) and a spacious hall with toilet. In the backyard you can rinse off after swimming in the (warm) outdoor shower and then try the BBQ Kamado and relax on the outdoor sofa.
The associated garage is free to use and you can use our 2 SUP paddle boards to further explore the watery park by boat.
The place is ideal for active water sports this holiday (surfing/kiting/skimming/SUP/sailing/boating/swimming/fishing/etc.) or relax on a terrace on the boulevard of Makkummer beach.
But you can also enjoy walking, cycling or reading a book in the garden. Our house is located on a quiet, dead-end street, which provides a lot of peace and privacy.
