Beach villa It Langezand

Our beautiful Beach Villa It Langezand is located in a unique location within a Beach Resort in Makkum. Located directly on the water with its own jetty for fishing or to moor your (rented) sloop or boat. From the garden, where you can enjoy the sun all day long, you have a view of the IJsselmeer. Makkum is also the paradise for water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. A short distance away you can walk directly to the beach with a boulevard with various shops and restaurants.

About our Beach Villa
Our beach villa of approximately 125m2 is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and/or children. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request (for a fee). Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Ground floor:
The villa has a spacious living room with television, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with microwave-oven combination, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster and refrigerator. There is also a storage room with a washer/dryer combination and a freezer. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a Finnish sauna, bubble bath and separate toilet. Wifi and several fixed internet connection points are available throughout the house.

First floor:
Here you will find 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Box spring for 2 people 180 cm x 200 cm (2 single beds) + cupboard + extra sink.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds of 90cm x 200cm + wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds of 90cm x 200cm + wardrobe.
Bathroom: Shower, toilet and washbasin.

Guest access
When you arrive at the house you will find a key box outside. You will receive a personal code for this during your stay. A barrier pass is also available for you in the house. This allows you to reach the house with your car. If this pass is lost or lost, we will charge €18.

Additional costs:
We have outsourced additional costs such as cleaning costs, bed linen and towels to an external party and will be charged separately by this party on site. When booking our holiday home, you agree that necessary information will be shared with this party.
