Our beautiful Beach Villa It Langezand is located in a unique location within a Beach Resort in Makkum. Located directly on the water with its own jetty for fishing or to moor your (rented) sloop or boat. From the garden, where you can enjoy the sun all day long, you have a view of the IJsselmeer. Makkum is also the paradise for water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. A short distance away you can walk directly to the beach with a boulevard with various shops and restaurants.

About our Beach Villa
Our beach villa of approximately 125m2 is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and/or children. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request (for a fee). Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Ground floor:
The villa has a spacious living room with television, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with microwave-oven combination, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster and refrigerator. There is also a storage room with a washer/dryer combination and a freezer. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a Finnish sauna, bubble bath and separate toilet. Wifi and several fixed internet connection points are available throughout the house.

First floor:
Here you will find 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Box spring for 2 people 180 cm x 200 cm (2 single beds) + cupboard + extra sink.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds of 90cm x 200cm + wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds of 90cm x 200cm + wardrobe.
Bathroom: Shower, toilet and washbasin.

Guest access
When you arrive at the house you will find a key box outside. You will receive a personal code for this during your stay. A barrier pass is also available for you in the house. This allows you to reach the house with your car. If this pass is lost or lost, we will charge €18.

Additional costs:
We have outsourced additional costs such as cleaning costs, bed linen and towels to an external party and will be charged separately by this party on site. When booking our holiday home, you agree that necessary information will be shared with this party.

Hi! I'm Marinka, 43 years old and I'm married to Dennis, who is 46 years old. Together we have two wonderful children: Julian, who is 14, and Jens, who is 12. When it comes to holidays, we can't get enough of our beautiful Beachvilla It Langezand in Makkum. This place is a true paradise for us, and we love to offer it to others for rental as well. We are convinced that everyone will enjoy this special place as much as we do!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment terms
The payment terms can be found on your booking confirmation. The deposit of 35% must be paid at the time of booking and/or at the latest within 7 days. The remaining amount (65%) no later than six weeks before arrival. In case of a short-term booking (within 30 days), you must pay the total amount in one go before the arrival date. In case of late payment, we are entitled to cancel your booking. We charge a €100 deposit per holiday home. You will receive this back within a week after departure, provided that you have left our holiday home in good condition and without damage.

Cancellation by tenant
We assume that you take out travel and cancellation insurance, or that you take any risks of cancellation for your own account. You must also have third-party liability insurance that is valid for the duration of the rental. You can only cancel a reservation by e-mail or via the booking platform used and the landlord is obliged to comply with the cancellation by confirming it by e-mail. In case of cancellation, the following payment obligations apply:

In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start date of the rental period, 35% of the amount is due as compensation.
In case of cancellation within one week before the start date of the rental period, 70% of the amount is due as compensation.
In case of cancellation and no show on the day itself, 100% of the amount is due.
If we have not confirmed the cancellation, 100% of the amount is due.

We like to be on the water, because it is wonderful to spend time when the weather is nice. But you can make your holiday even more fun by renting a sloop during your stay in our luxury villa. Beach villa It Langezand is located directly on the water and has its own jetty. Directly from your holiday home you can step into your sloop or your own boat and explore the beautiful Frisian inland waters or the IJsselmeer. For example, sail to Bolsward or Workum.
