The spaceVilla Icarus can accommodate 6 people. We would like to take you through the entire villa:
Ground floor:
- Spacious entrance with wardrobe
- A spacious fully equipped luxury Boffi kitchen with cooking island with oven, combitron, two dishwashers, two refrigerators with freezers, espresso machine, juicer and all conceivable equipment you may need in the kitchen. There are also French doors to the terrace on the water.
- Spacious living room with gas fireplace, spacious Walter Knoll corner sofa and several doors to the terrace on the water.
- A spacious office with patio doors to the terrace.
- Two utility rooms, one with a Samsung Ecobubble washing machine and dryer.
- A spacious room with sauna (infrared, steam and Finnish sauna), rain shower, sports equipment (treadmill, vibration plate, bicycle, weights, kettlebells) and patio doors to the terrace.
- The entire house is furnished with Bang & Olufsen sound equipment and a television in the living room
- Spacious landing with toilet
- Bathroom with two sinks, bath and rain shower.
- Master bedroom with enormous covered balcony on the water, with large walk-in closet and an open bathroom with rain shower and bath
- Two bedrooms with box spring beds
- The house is completely surrounded by a hardwood terrace with several seating areas
- An outdoor gas barbecue
- A new outdoor jacuzzi with the latest gadgets near the fitness room with sauna
- Stand up paddle boards are included with the home. Canoes, sailing boats or sloops of your choice can be rented in consultation.
- The garden is beautifully landscaped and gives an island feeling and also enjoys complete privacy.
Bed linen and towels are included, daily cleaning is available, and there is the option of taking advantage of excursions and private lessons on the water.
