This holiday home is a compact detached holiday home completely renovated in 2023 with garden, inner harbor and has a direct connection to the Slotermeer.
The cottage has all comforts, a dining/living room with a large dining table and comfortable sitting area. The open kitchen is equipped with a multifunctional oven, dishwasher and Jura coffee machine. On the ground floor is a double sofa bed and bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The first floor, which is entered by stairs from the hall, features a large bedroom; with a double bed and three single beds. Through the patio doors in the living room you reach the garden on the waterfront. The garden borders directly on the water. Here you can rig sails, sail out with a (motor) boat and/or endlessly enjoy the beautiful view with the peace and space.
There is a lot to do in the area. Of course, this place is great for the water sports enthusiast. Sailing from your own jetty or renting a boat in the adjacent marina. Via the Jollensteiger on the headland it is easy to sail out with the Laser or the surfboard. In addition to swimming and sailing, you can walk and cycle in the nearby nature reserves. In the area you will also find many beautiful Frisian villages with lovely terraces, shops and a rich history such as Balk, Woudsend and Sloten.
