Luxury 6 person houseboat near Eernewoude in nature reserve "The Alde Feanen".
The houseboat has been newly furnished with many luxurious details. The houseboat has two floors. Above a living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (sleeps 2) and a toilet. The living room has sliding doors on the water side and the bedroom upstairs as well. Below a 2-bedroom and two single bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and separate shower and toilet and a storage room for washer and dryer. Heating by central heating throughout the boat. Lorry for luggage is included.
Houseboat "Sweltsje" is in the water sports area in Eernewoude. The houseboat has a private dock and harbor basin. You can rent a boat nearby. A large garden (grass, well maintained), belongs to the property as well. The area is incredibly beautiful. The location of the houseboat is completely free, which is your privacy. From this spot in Friesland, you can make beautiful trips by boat or bicycle. Highly recommended!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
