Luxury 6-person houseboat near Eernewoude in nature reserve "De Alde Feanen".
The houseboat has been completely redecorated with many luxurious details. The houseboat has 2 floors: upstairs a living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (2-person) and a toilet. The living room has sliding doors on the water side. An air conditioner will be installed in 2026. Downstairs a double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with bath and separate shower room and toilet, and a storage room for washing machine and dryer. Heating by central heating throughout the boat. Luggage trolley available.
Houseboat "Sweltsje" is located in the water sports area near Eernewoude. The houseboat has its own jetty and dock where you can moor one or more boats. You can rent a boat in the immediate vicinity. A large garden (grass, well maintained), is also part of it. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful. The location of the houseboat is completely free, which guarantees your privacy. From this place in the middle of Friesland, you can make beautiful trips by boat or bicycle. Furthermore, it is a perfect fishing location. Highly recommended!!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
