Villa Calma is only a 45-minute drive from the Randstad, but in the immediate vicinity you have Walibi Flevo, Dolfinarium and the Wolderwijd with its wonderful beaches. The beautiful Zuiderzee towns such as Harderwijk, Elburg and Nijkerk can all be reached within a short time.

Villa Calma is located on villa park Horsterwold: in the middle of the forest and 4 km from the village of Zeewolde. The park has a large swimming pool, 2 tennis courts and a jeu de boules court that you can use as guests. Villa Calma stands on more than 900m2 of private land and is wonderfully free on the edge of the park. This means a lot of privacy in the deep landscaped south-facing garden overlooking a tree edge where the deer regularly come to visit you!

The Horsterwold is one of the largest contiguous deciduous forests in the Netherlands. Where better to enjoy peace and quiet? You only share the forest with roe deer, wild horses, fallow deer, foxes and birds. An extensive network of paths and routes is waiting for you. Such a large area is also full of special places and sights. Discover them by bike, on foot, on horseback or from a canoe. A perfect location for a family weekend or brainstorming sessions "cabin on the heath".

Welcome to our house: Villa Calma.
We are Mochtar, Carmen, Nikki and Ché and like most people we love to travel. We have seen the whole world, but our most beautiful memories are made here In the middle of nature, in Zeewolde, in Villa Calma.
Our favorite place. The lovely garden, during the sunset with a glass of wine. The BBQ on and dinner with family and friends.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
