The Dutch Green View Villa

Spacious dining kitchen, 2 very spacious sitting areas plus a dining area (6), 1 flat screen TV in the living room and 1 TV in the master bedroom. Spacious entrance hall with modern toilet. On the 1st floor there is a very spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet, corner bath and shower cabin. Also very spacious landing with 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with French balcony.
Additional equipment includes a table football game, all kinds of family games, 2 high chairs, a baby box and a baby bed.

Our villa is anti-allergic and completely non-smoking. Smoking is of course prohibited in our house.

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool (open from May - September), an all-weather tennis court and a real French jeu de boules court. Use of this is free for our guests.
We have in the villa, boules balls and tennis & badminton rackets for use by our guests.

Our villa is located next to the largest deciduous tree forest in Europe. In the middle of beautiful nature with (wild) horses, deer, all kinds of (predatory) birds and many more animals.

You can walk and cycle for hours in the area. We have 3 new lightweight bicycles ready in the villa that can be rented for our guests.

Boats and canoes can also be rented per day.
The resort has its own small harbour.
The city of Zeewolde has its own (yacht) harbor and a beach. All this 15 minutes by car from the resort.

Zeewolde is located in the center of Holland. That is why trips to the Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Giethoorn, Alkmaar, Leiden, Haarlem, The Hague, Harderwijk (Dolfinarium), Walibi Flevo, Batavia city, Enkhuizen, Medemblik, the Veluwe, Rotterdam etc etc are possible.

The famous restaurant "Hansel and Gretel" with its moving tables and chairs is also nearby.

There is also a large Sushi and Chinese wok restaurant with takeaway options in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes by car) of the resort.
Zeewolde has all kinds of different restaurants, such as Italian, Greek, doner kebab, etc
Several supermarkets in Zeewolde are within 10 minutes by car from the resort.
The supermarkets are open 7 days a week, some until 9 p.m.

Our villa and the very spacious garden are entirely at the disposal of our guests during their stay.
On the terraces behind the house there is a picnic table for 8 people, tables, sun loungers, relaxation chairs and a parasol.

We do everything we can to offer you a home away from your own home.

We believe that having a car is a must to fully enjoy your stay in our villa.
A bus stop is located about 20 minutes from our house.

PRIVACY

The resort is very spacious, just like our villa and nearby neighborhood villas
In our garden you cannot see the neighbors.

Country estate “Horsterwold” is a resort that distinguishes itself from all other well-known and large holiday resorts.
No house/villa is the same here and the plots are very large and therefore have a lot of privacy and the villas have been chosen, built and furnished by the owners themselves.
There is no uniformity.
It can be compared to a beautiful independent residential area in a suburb or village in the vicinity of a large city.
