The house is not rented to groups of young people.
Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties, drug use, etc. is forbidden in this house. No music (carriers) allowed outside.
One should not cause any nuisance to neighbors and other local residents.
Rest in the park between 10 pm and 8 am
If this is not complied with, immediate deportation without refund will follow.
