Upon entering a hall and toilet. In addition to the cozy sitting area with television, the living room has a spacious 12 pers. dining table so that "dining" together becomes a party every time.
There are some books and (board) games available.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a combi oven/microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, a Lòr espresso machine for coffee capsules and kettle.
In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer.
A gas barbecue is at your disposal for a cozy grill day/evening in the garden or on the spacious terrace. (The BBQ must be cleaned by you after use !) The total plot size is 900m2.
The garden borders on water, but is completely shielded by a fence and green vegetation, so that small children can play very safely in the garden
There is parking space for 3-4 cars at the house. Additional cars must be parked at the reception.
There is an electric private charging station in the driveway of the house. In consultation by you as a guest.
Free facilities for guests: The park has 2 tennis courts and a boules court. In the summer months there is an outdoor swimming pool!
From the park you can walk straight into the forest.

The house is not rented to groups of young people.
No music (carriers) allowed outside.
Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties, drug use, etc. is forbidden in this house. Total rest between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. If this is not met, deportation without refund will follow immediately!
