This luxuriously comfortable ruralhut was renovated in 2018/19.
It is a beautiful bungalow with a lovely garden of 1400m2.
There are 2 bedrooms, a cozy living room with luxury kitchen, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The house is also equipped with air conditioning, a terrace roof on the house and an attractive garden veranda.
There is also a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, combination microwave, induction hob, kettle and a coffee machine as well as a Senseo machine in the house.
Bed linen is provided, towels and kitchen linen must be brought along.
The recreation bungalow is located on a small-scale park with 10 private bungalows.
The cottage has a wonderfully sheltered location in a wooded area and has a rural atmosphere in the middle of places such as Havelte, Dwingeloo, Vledder and Diever, where you can enjoy beautiful cycling and walking.
In the warm days you can swim at bosbad Vledder or outdoor pool of Dwingeloo or Havelte.

Because we are proud of our house in Wittelte and would like to share it with others, we will briefly introduce ourselves:
We are John and Corina and are the proud owners of a forest house in beautiful Drenthe. This cottage has been in the family for 45 years and we took it over from John's mother five years ago. Since then we have thoroughly renovated the house and it has become beautiful.
As fervent nature lovers, we like to come to Drenthe and we would like to share this special place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
