Our completely renovated modern non-smoking holiday home is located in a quiet park in the middle of the woods. An ideal place to go into the woods from the house for walking, cycling or rollerblading. The Bosbergtoren in Appelscha is one of the many highlights in the Drents Friese wold. Just like the Dwingelerveld. Very worthwhile are a visit to Veenhuizen and Frederiksoord. The Gardens of Benevolence have been declared a Unesco World Heritage Site. Every year the Shakespeare performances are in the nice town of Diever, 5 km away from the cottage
You can swim in the summer in the Canadameer or Aekingermeer About 6 km by bike from the cottage. Also visit the Aekingermeerzand A beautiful walking area in the Kale dunes.

our holiday home is fully equipped. We are proud of the new garden room where you still have an outdoor feeling inside. All sliding doors can be opened.
There is also WiFi, large screen TV with NETFLIX, washing machine and combi microwaves.

We, Klaske and Eilko Vogel come from Noordhorn, 10 km from Groningen. We bought this holiday home because it is located in the middle of the Drents Friese Wold National Park. We like to cycle. The holiday home is surrounded by beautiful cycling routes. We enjoy it every time. In the morning you can hear many birds singing around the house
