On the edge of the beautiful village of Odoorn and on the yard of a small-scale arable farm is this special, modern nature house. From the nature house you have a beautiful and relaxing view over the Drenthe landscape and four alpacas. The nature house has a spacious hall that gives access to the toilet and shower facilities. Via a staircase (stairlift) you reach the 90 m² spacious living area. The nature house has a sitting area with television and a lounge area by the dormer window with a view over the countryside and forests. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, 2 refrigerators (1 with a freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. In short, fully equipped. There are also three bedrooms; 2 rooms with a single bed and 1 room with a double bed. Good to know for families with children: there is a stair gate.
Nature and environment
The area around the apartment is an ideal place for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers. There are beautiful walks or bike rides to be made. The house is located near the Molenveld nature reserve between Odoorn and Exloo, where many walking routes have been set out and where a herd of Drenthe heath sheep from the sheepfold in Exloo walks. Here you will also find the beautiful outdoor swimming pool De Leewal. There are also many cycling routes mapped out. Plant and animal lovers can also indulge themselves in this area. There are beautiful, large heaths with juniper bushes in the area. Furthermore, the nearby area has numerous day attractions, such as Wildlands in Emmen, the Veenpark in Barger-Compascuum and the Hunebedcentrum in Borger. In short, there is something for everyone to experience.
