Good day.

Here for rent a nice cozy holiday home in beautiful forest in Norg Drenthe.
Here you can completely unwind. You won't hear anything but nature. In Norg and the surrounding area you can cycle and walk endlessly. You can also easily reach the village of Norg, where there are all kinds of amenities and delicious food.
The cottage is not on a holiday park but a VVE. There are several cottages in the area, but you will not be bothered by them. Everyone is there for their rest. Parties and celebrations are not allowed.
Great for nature lovers.
You can also reach Assen (capital of Drenthe) and Groningen (capital) in about half an hour by car. Furthermore, there are all kinds of nature reserves and villages in the area that are worth visiting.
Please note: FYI: there is no wired internet/wifi available. TV reception is via Digitenne. This means that the TV reception is sometimes slightly sensitive to interference.

I am in the position to take over this house with great pleasure. In my spare time I can be found there a lot and I enjoy everything, both in the house and outside. I rent out the house as a hobby, because I also want others to enjoy this wonderful place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant has rented the leased property on the agreed
date, he must inform the landlord of this date.

before the start date of the rental period, he remains 25% of the rental price
