The house is located in a child-friendly neighborhood with a playground around the corner.
We are in the village and therefore you can quickly reach shops, restaurants and the Brink, where there are numerous activities in the summer.
It has a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and induction hob. There is also a washing machine.
In the living room there is a TV with chromecast and of course there is wifi available. There is also a bookcase with comics, children's books, crime stories and novels. In the dining room there are plenty of games and puzzles in the closet. And if you really want to, there is also a shuffleboard and so you can also play shuffleboard!
There is a toilet in the hall.
On the 1st floor are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, 1 with a bunk bed and another bed that can be used as 1 or 2 persons. The main bedroom has its own washbasin.
Here is also a bathroom with shower, sink and 2nd toilet.
The almost completely tiled garden has a lovely covered seating area in the morning sun to read a book. In the evening, a sun canopy at the house offers shelter so that you can sit outside for a long time.
There is also a bicycle shed in the garden where you can charge your electric bicycle.
In short, a fully furnished house with all the comforts for a wonderful week away.
The attic is not accessible to tenants.
