Do you want to enjoy the space and the silence for a few days? This comfortable ruralhut - near the Bargerveen nature reserve - in Drenthe is fully furnished and ideal for a short or long stay. You have an unobstructed view over the fields. Deer, pheasants, hares and all kinds of birds come regularly. The cottage is light, attractive and comfortable. You will find everything you need and it is equipped for two people. In winter the underfloor heating keeps it nice and warm, in summer it is pleasant because of the thatched outer walls and the thatched roof. All areas are of course non-smoking. The nature house is located in a wonderfully quiet place at the end of a country road. The Bargerveen nature reserve is nearby and you can endlessly walk and cycle in the Drentse woods or on the Drentse heath. Tips for walking and cycling trips, trips and restaurants are ready for you in the cottage. Fancy a few days off? You are very welcome!

Saskia is a photographer/visual artist and Peter is a (lyricist) writer. We live on the Wilmsboo. The boo is located in the same yard as the holiday home, but of course you have complete privacy. Other regular residents include a pair of falcons in one of the nest boxes and a family of barn owls in the owl box in the ridge of one of the buildings. It is a wonderful place where it is still dark and quiet at night. Welcome!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

All prices include kitchen towels, towels and beds made. The tourist tax is already included in the price. Cancellation is in consultation with us. A full refund will follow if the holiday home can be rented out again. Usually that works. To be on the safe side, also take out cancellation insurance yourself!Welcome!
