This beautiful modernized bungalow is stylish, country furnished and is well equipped. It has a warm, cozy, cozy, inviting feel. 

Everything is new in this bungalow. The floors, bathroom, kitchen, furniture in the (bed) room, the lamps and curtains. This bungalow is very complete and fully equipped. To be able to enjoy your holiday immediately, the beds are made and the bath and kitchen linen is ready for you.  

Layout of the bungalow: separate toilet, bedroom one (double box spring), bedroom two (single box spring), bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, open kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, combination microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, dining table and a living room (sofa and two spacious armchairs) with TV, separate room with a washing machine and dryer.

Both the kitchen and the living room overlook the spacious garden with a natural fence that provides a lot of privacy. There are two terraces where you can enjoy nature, tranquility and animals. There is a terrace with a dining set, a terrace with sunbeds.  

There is also a parking space, for one car.

Park and surroundings
Exloo is located on the Hondsrug and is known for its beautiful nature. Holiday park de Hunzebergen is located on the edge of the Exloo forestry where closed coniferous and deciduous forest, open heathland and shifting sands alternate. On foot or by bike, the area has a lot to offer for young and old. 
The holiday park itself has a playground and a pump track.

Furthermore, there is a beautiful adventurous walking route of 2 km for the children in the Hunzebos, the so-called Sabertooth Tiger Trail. Here children can climb, go down with the cable car, balance on a rope bridge, etc. In short, plenty of fun challenges for the children to enjoy. There are also numerous junction routes that take you on a journey or cycle through the dense forests and past special dolmens.

If you can't take bicycles with you, you can rent bicycles at Fietspunt Exloo. If you prefer to explore the beautiful Drenthe landscape in a different way, you can rent E-bikes, E-choppers or E-cruisers (100% electric whisper-quiet and environmentally friendly vehicles) at Eko tours. In addition, Eko tours offers various excursions.

You can also visit the Exloo gnome land, the Schaapskooi in Exloo, the outdoor swimming pool 'De Leewal', nearby Golfpark Exloo – 18-hole golf course offers challenging holes and a cozy clubhouse with a good menu, Wildlands in Emmen (zoo), amusement park Drouwenerzand. If you prefer to relax, you can visit Fletcher Hotel 100 meters away with wellness facilities and an indoor swimming pool. In addition, there are various catering establishments both in Exloo and in the vicinity of Exloo, something for everyone. The bungalow can only be rented for recreation.
The rental price includes linen, cleaning costs and tourist tax. Only the deposit is not included in the rental price.  
Pets are not allowed and it is also forbidden to smoke.
Upon departure, return the bungalow broom clean.
