Our holiday home is located in the heart of Drenthe, on the edge of the beautiful nature of the National Park Het Dwingelderveld with its rolling heaths, peat lakes and fens. Our house was completely renovated in 2020. Our cozy holiday home is fully equipped and serves as a base for many fun day trips in our province or beyond. The detached house is located on a holiday park without a barrier or reception. It has its own parking space (so the cars are at the house) and a private garden with terraces. Inside there are a kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets and 4 bedrooms. Nature and surroundingsNear our house is a special nature reserve: Dwingelderveld National Park. Recreational and holidaymakers can discover nature on cycling and hiking trails, ATB and equestrian routes, as well as two trails for the disabled. There is even a night walking route. In this National Park, visitors can still enjoy an endless, undisturbed horizon. The Dwingelderveld is an almost 4,000-hectare wet heath area in the southwest of Drenthe with an almost undisturbed horizon. Species of birds and animals can live in this area, which have fewer opportunities in other landscapes. The heath is managed by two flocks of sheep, each with a shepherd.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
