Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • Free internet (WiFi).
  • The cottage is available on the day of arrival from 15.00. When leaving on the changeover day, you must have left the cottage by 10.30 am at the latest.
  • Outside the high season, different length of stay, arrival or departure is on request and subject to availability.
  • Smoking inside is not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Charging electric cars directly at the house is not allowed. You will find publicly accessible charging stations in the parking lot of the holiday park.

A booked period can easily be extended by a single day, of course subject to availability. In that case, please contact us.

In the unlikely event that you cancel, we will apply the following conditions:
  • You must notify us of your cancellation in writing.
  • In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period, we do not charge a cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel between the 3rd month and one month before the start of the rental period, we will charge 25% of the total rental price .
  • In case of cancellation less than one month before the start of the rental period, you will owe 100% of the total rental price .
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
