This unique, cozy cottage is a wonderful place to come to yourself. It stands on a small recreational park on a lake between other unique houses. The small, cozy cottage can accommodate up to 3 people. All basic amenities are available. There is a pavilion about 100 meters away (closed Oct-Feb). Close by is a nature reserve and the city of Groningen is 10 km away. Rest-enhancing: the privacy around the house, no WiFi in the house itself, TV only for DVDs.
The space consists of a dining area with a table, two chairs and an armchair, which can be converted into a bed for 1 person. There is a toilet with a shower next to it.
The bedroom has a small double bed and a sink. In the kitchenette you can cook on the electric appliance (2 burners). There is also a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge and microwave. There is also a cozy living room with, among other things, a pellet stove, DVD player with DVDs, a sofa and an armchair. There are also books, magazines, games and a radio-CD player with CDs.Access for guestsGuest access to the entire space.
Other things to watch out for
1. The overnight price includes tourist tax to the municipality of Noordenveld (€ 1.75 per person per night).
2. Self check-in is possible.
3. The shower is not suitable for prolonged and extensive splashing sessions.
4. For those who like a lot of space in bed: the double bed is 1.40 meters wide and 2 meters long because of the cozy content of the house. If necessary, a stretcher can be placed in the living room. Please indicate this with your reservation if you wish.
5. For the mandatory night register, I ask for your address details and telephone number when booking.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
Rent includes tourist tax. If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, no rent is due; in case of cancellation up to 2 weeks 40% and from 1 week to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
