Cozy and compact certainly applies to this detached house (no. 14), located on a very spacious plot on a park-like estate. Suitable for old(er) and young(er).
The bungalow is fully furnished and equipped with: WiFi, HD television, Internet radio, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and Senseo. Now also equipped with electric air conditioning/heater and a washing machine. And the new bathroom (March 2022) with electric underfloor heating is ready! There are solar panels on the roof, so electrical consumption is preferable to gas consumption, and we are very sustainable!

On the estate you will find a miniature golf course, artificial grass tennis court, renovated playground and a pump track. (this is a kind of BMX track for young and older) as well as an outdoor fitness park for adults.

At the Fletcher hotel you can use the Blue Wellness and indoor swimming pool for a fee.

The open-air swimming pool De Leewal and the Exloo golf park are a few kilometers away.

In the immediate area you can take active walking and cycling tours in the beautiful surroundings through forests, heaths and open fields, past dolmens and beautiful villages.
