Nice holiday home on 't Juttendel
Just outside the green village of Ruinen and close to the National Park Dwingelderveld and the Anserdennen lies 't Juttendel. A farmyard with a nostalgic farmhouse and a holiday home built as a Drenthe barn. The house is suitable for 4 people, is free in the yard, with lots of privacy and private parking.
The holiday home
This is new (2017) and rural modern. The ceiling beams give the house an intimate atmosphere and work by contemporary artists hangs on the wall.
Lounge
In the cozy sitting area there are 2 comfortable leather armchairs and a two-seater sofa.
There is a flat screen TV and there is also WiFi so you can use the fast fiber optic internet. The living area with terrace faces south-west and overlooks a young orchard and a 2,500 m2 wildflower meadow with beehives. The terrace is partly covered with shade cloth. On the terrace there is a garden set for you.
Open kitchen with dining area
The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, an induction hob, an electric oven and a combined Senseo coffee filter machine, milk frother, kettle and warming teapot. The inventory of the china cabinet and the cutlery drawer is based on 6 people. There is a three-piece pan set. Furthermore, two frying pans, oven dishes, salad bowl, etc. In the drawers the basic kitchen utensils such as mixer with blender, cheese slicer, corkscrew. Around the round table in the dining area there is room for four people.
Hall
Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find a spacious bathroom with designer sanitary ware and rain shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. In the blanket chest are the cushions for the terrace chairs and a vacuum cleaner. Behind the coffin is the drying rack.
The ground floor has tiles with underfloor heating.
Floor
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a landing. The master bedroom has a double Auping bed with comfort mattresses. The bed is made with a double duvet as standard. If you prefer to have your own duvet, let us know, and we will make it as two singles. Furthermore, the room is equipped with air conditioning and a tilt and turn window with mosquito net. Furthermore, this room has air conditioning.
The small bedroom has two single Auping beds. This room is also equipped with a tilting window with mosquito net.
Garage
The holiday home has a garage, part of which is available for storing your bicycle. Electric bicycles can also be charged there. Here you will also find the washing machine and dryer.
Children
The holiday home is not equipped with stair gates, window and socket protection, etc. The house is therefore not suitable for a stay with children under 6 years old.
Bringing your dog or cat?
As animal lovers, we understand better than anyone how nice it is to be able to take your pet with you on holiday. We certainly want to offer you that pleasure, but please in mutual consultation in advance. The entire site is cordoned off so that your dog can move freely and safely.
The area is ideal for taking long walks with your dog. They are allowed on a leash on almost all walking routes. Perhaps even better: at 10 and 15 minutes by car there are 2 dog walking areas.
Hygiene
Hygiene is very important to us. Everyone likes to come to a clean house with fresh beds. For this reason, your dog or cat should not enter the sleeping quarters.
Heating and energy supply
The entire house is heated by a heat pump. The required electrical energy is provided by solar panels.
Docking station
Guests with an electric car can charge it at our charging station at a favorable rate. The charger has a well-known standard plug of type 2. You will receive the charging card for the charger upon arrival so that you can charge yourself at any time.
