Nice holiday home on 't Juttendel
't Juttendel is located just outside the village of Ruinen and close to the Dwingelderveld National Park and the Anserdennen. A farmyard with a nostalgic farmhouse and a holiday home built like a Drenthe barn. The house is suitable for 4 people, is located in the yard, with lots of privacy and private parking.

The holiday home
This is new (2017) and has a modern, country-style interior. The ceiling beams give the house an intimate atmosphere and work by contemporary artists hangs on the walls.

Living area
The cozy seating area has 2 comfortable leather armchairs and a two-seater sofa.
There is a flat-screen TV and there is also WiFi so you can use the fast fiber optic internet. The living area with terrace faces south-west and overlooks a young orchard and a 2,500 m2 wild flower meadow with beehives. A fan provides cooling on very hot days. The terrace is partly covered with shade cloth. There is a garden set for you on the terrace.

Open kitchen with dining area
The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, an induction hob, an electric oven and a combined Senseo coffee filter machine, milk frother, kettle and warming teapot. The inventory of the crockery cupboard and cutlery drawer is based on 6 people. There is a three-piece pan set. Furthermore, two frying pans, oven dishes, salad bowl, etc. In the drawers the basic kitchen necessities such as mixer with blender, cheese slicer, corkscrew. There is room for four people around the round table in the dining area.

Hall
You will also find a spacious bathroom on the ground floor with designer sanitary facilities and rain shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. The blanket box contains the cushions for the patio chairs and a vacuum cleaner. The laundry rack is behind the box.

The ground floor has tiles with underfloor heating.

Floor
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a landing. The large bedroom has a double Auping bed with comfort mattresses. The bed is made up with a double duvet as standard. If you prefer your own deck, let us know and we will set it up as two singles. The room is also equipped with air conditioning and a tilt-and-tilt window with insect screen.

The small bedroom has two single Auping beds. This room is also equipped with a tilt-and-turn window with insect screen.

There is a wardrobe in every room.

Garage
The holiday home has a garage, part of which is available for storing your bicycle. Electric bicycles can also be charged there. Here you will also find the washing machine and dryer.

Children
The holiday home is not equipped with stair gates, window and socket protection, etc. The house is therefore not suitable for a stay with children under the age of 6.

Bring your dog or cat?
As animal lovers, we understand better than anyone how nice it is to be able to take your pet with you on holiday. We would certainly like to offer you that pleasure, but we would like to do this in mutual consultation in advance. The entire site is cordoned off so that your dog can move freely and safely.
The area is ideally suited for long walks with your dog. They are allowed on a leash on almost all hiking trails. Even better perhaps: there are 2 off-leash dog areas 10 and 15 minutes away by car.

Hygiene
We find hygiene very important. Everyone likes to come to a clean house with fresh beds. For this reason, your dog or cat is not allowed in the sleeping areas.
