The holiday home is located at the end of a lane, against a forest edge, so you have a lot of privacy. You can walk almost directly into nature from the holiday home. The holiday home (90m²) stands on a spacious plot with a lovely south-facing terrace and has a lot of privacy. The holiday home has a spacious living room, 3 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom on the first floor with a sink, toilet, shower and bath, a separate toilet on the ground floor and two spacious parking spaces right next to the house.

You can walk almost directly from the house into the Hunzebos. Near the estate you will find “Hippisch Centrum Exloo” and “Golfpark Exloo”. The town of Emmen with an extensive shopping center and "Wildlands Adventure Zoo" is located at approx. 8 km.
