The holiday home is located at the end of a lane, against the edge of a forest, so you have a lot of privacy. From the holiday home you can walk almost directly into nature. Within a few moments you will find yourself in the middle of forest, heath and sand drifts. In the area you can cycle and walk endlessly, but there is of course much more to do.

Located at the end of an avenue, against a forest strip, is Borger Villa, a spacious well-maintained detached holiday home. The holiday home (90m²) is located on a spacious plot with a lovely south-facing terrace and has a lot of privacy. The holiday home has a spacious living room, 3 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom on the first floor with a sink, toilet, shower and bath, a separate toilet on the ground floor and two spacious parking spaces right next to the house.

Hunzebergen estate located in Exloo in Drenthe on the "Hondsrug". This is a beautiful area with vast forests and heathland, which offers many opportunities for endless walking, cycling or horseback riding on one of the many routes. You walk almost directly from the house into the Hunzebos. Near the estate you will find "Equestrian Center Exloo" and "Golfpark Exloo". The town of Emmen with an extensive shopping center and "Wildlands Adventure Zoo" is located at about 8 km.
