Our holiday home is located in a sunny spot on the 't Wildryck estate, a small scaled holiday park in the beautiful nature area of the Drents Friese Wold. Where the Dwingelerveld is within cycling distance.
In our cozy cottage you can enjoy, in the large garden (900 m2) the birds sing towards you, the squirrels also show themselves daily and if you're lucky you spot a deer.
We would like to share this beautiful place with others, that's why we have rented our house.
On the ground floor is a large living room with a cozy sitting area, a real family table with 6 chairs and an open kitchen. The bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet are also located on the ground floor.
We have two bedrooms on the first floor, both with two separate single beds (210x90)
There is a box bed (200x140) in the hallway.

You need to take care of cancellation insurance yourself.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices are excluding cleaning, bed linen, tourist tax, reservation costs and deposit.

Cancellation: The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
