The cozy apartments are located on the ground floor. Equipped with all amenities and with plenty of peace and space. Unobstructed view of the garden. The apartments consist of a living room with a kitchen, bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Kitchen with induction and oven. Peace and space on the property are the first words that come to mind when thinking about this nice apartment. Very quietly located, yet within walking distance of the cozy Brink in Diever. Nature is also right around the corner.

The surrounding area with the Drents Friese Wold National Park (visible from the spacious grounds), the Dwingelderveld National Park just 4 km away and the Weerribben Wieden National Park 25 km away (Giethoorn is next to it) are of course fantastic to (re)discover. By bike (recreational, racing or MTB), walking or by motorcycle and car. There is a secure, lockable space for bicycles and motorcycles and cars can be parked on site. MTBs can also be hosed down and e-bikes can be charged.

We are Josette and Serge Bierhuizen and returned to the Netherlands after many travels and eight years in the Belgian Ardennes. This travel is reflected in the apartments that we rent out. We have, even if we say so ourselves, a wonderful place to stay quietly but still stay in cozy Diever. The peace and space of the national and other nature areas is one of the reasons for us to live here ourselves.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices do not include tourist tax of 1.35 pppn regardless of age. Beds are made and there is 1 set of towels per person ready (additional can be rented for €2 per set). There is a towel, dishcloth and cleaning cloth in the kitchen. There is one toilet roll ready. Because no cleaning costs are charged, the apartment must be left clean. Payments on site can only be made in cash. There is a bank within walking distance.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: other than what Micazu indicates, we have the following cancellation conditions: from 10 days to 4 days before time 50% and 3 days until check-in date 100% costs for the tenant.
