Our cottage is located on the edge of the holiday park and borders directly on the Drents-Friese would. The deer regularly walk through the garden. From the terrace you can look straight into the forest. We have a large terrace and small children can play perfectly there. On the (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) of 't Wildryck  you can see what facilities the park has, such as a swimming pool. Our guests are also welcome to use it. In the area are several nature reserves, a swimming lake (the Blue Lake near Dwingeloo), outdoor swimming pools, golf courses, dolmens and museums.

Downstairs
In the photos you can see the sitting area at the front of the house, the dining area and the sitting area at the back. At the back is also the kitchen. On the ground floor is the bathroom with a shower and sink. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the utility room (not in the picture), there is also the freezer. We also have all kinds of outdoor toys and games.  The red sofa can be used as a sofa bed.

Top
Upstairs are two bedrooms, a toilet and a box bed. The bedrooms have four single mattresses and the box bed is a French bed. The duvets are all singles. Bed linen and towels are not provided.

As a teenager I already came to this house, then just built. I have experienced beautiful days in every phase of life. Now I am the owner, but I can't go there often. Hopefully others can also enjoy this beautiful place on the edge of the forest.

The deer regularly visit the garden. Rabbits, wood mice, bats and of course many different birds live there. There are so many hiking and biking trails nearby!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

    In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
    In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
    In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
    In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
    In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
    If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
